We actually relished our stay in the Garden Cottage of Agate Hill. It had been a peaceful, serene location with an incredible location! The grounds ended up somewhat un-retained as there have been garden/maintenance tooling laying about exterior, but that did not trouble us any. Excellent Luck, John.
